GPPS Granules or General Purpose Polystyrene Granule is a versatile thermoplastic resins which are obtained through the polymerization of styrene monomer. Thermoplastics are hard, opaque material which is used for manufacturing various materials. GPPS Granules are modified types of thermoplastic with increased material flexibility and less brittleness for resisting breakage. This material is suitable for manufacturing end user products with the extrusion and injection moulding processes.

This is used for manufacturing parts used in electrical applications as it has extremely good insulation properties. The material is also suitable for manufacturing light shields, medical lab-ware and utensils packaging material, XPS insulation, disposable beverage cups, disposable house-wares and cutlery appliance parts, extrusion foamed packaging, sorting, boxes, POS display stands, thin wall packaging, BOPS sheet, and various other end-user products. The material is also used widely in manufacturing decorative and finishing materials, such as adhesive bases, ceiling mouldings, polymer concentrates, ceiling tiles, and medical equipment like auxiliary disposable tools
